The hotel is tatami-covered (that's an interesting thing!). The location is close to the train station and bus stop. It is not too busy or noisy. Access to the castle is easy. We got yukata and slippers for the onsen.
The cleaning wasn't perfectly done, there was some dust in our room and spots on the floor when we arrived.

i loved the tatami floors throughout the hotel. i also enjoyed the complimentary services, like the free ice cream in the evening. the onsen was so relaxing, and i felt really refreshed afterwards.
the onsen was a bit crowded at times, so i had to wait to use the washing machines.

the hotel features a tatami mat lobby. guests must remove their shoes upon entry. shoe boxes are provided with keys. the onsen offers complimentary ice cream and ramen, a very nice treat, i must add.

a complimentary ramen service is available. this is located in the second-floor restaurant area during evening hours. it's a tasty and convenient option for a late-night snack and also very filling.

the room had comfortable amenities, including yukata robes. there were ample spaces that included the amazing service and onsen! compared to other hotels, there's definitely more room to move around.

the staff helped fill out the express delivery form for suitcases. breakfast was delicious, with ramen available for a midnight snack. the hot spring facilities were comfortable, accompanied by popsicles and ice milk afterward. the staff even sent my daughter's toy to our next hotel in tokyo. i really appreciated their assistance.
the area where you leave shoes had a bad smell, but thankfully, the stay there was brief.

The location is near major subway lines. The rooms were spacious and had excellent soundproofing. I found the public onsen and sauna particularly enjoyable. This added relaxation to the stay.
The pillows provided were not comfortable for sleeping. The lack of natural light. The area lacked vibrancy, with overpriced restaurants nearby.

i enjoyed the onsen which was easily accessible and well equipped. the free evening noodles were a nice surprise. the front desk staff were very friendly and helped me with my luggage storage after checkout.
